How AdMesh Brand Agents Help You Create LinkedIn Campaigns
Use your saved brand knowledge to prepare LinkedIn audiences, campaign plans and ad copy, then review the full campaign before choosing how to launch.

Creating a LinkedIn campaign starts long before you upload an image. Someone has to translate your ideal customer into targeting choices, decide what the ad should say, check the destination, and connect the campaign to the right account and Page. Much of that work repeats information your team already knows about the brand.
AdMesh Brand Agents bring that saved brand knowledge into LinkedIn campaign creation. You describe what you want to achieve, provide a budget and schedule, and use the Brand Agent to prepare an editable campaign. You can also build audiences in advance and reuse them when the next campaign starts.
The LinkedIn Ads integration is in beta. AdMesh helps prepare and manage the campaign workflow; LinkedIn handles ad review, delivery and billing. Your team reviews the draft and decides when to create or activate it.
Give your campaign the context your team already has
A short prompt such as “reach marketing leaders” leaves a lot unanswered. Which companies are a good fit? Where can your business serve customers? Which product should the ad promote? What claims can your team support?
Your Brand Agent can draw on saved brand information, including your products, categories, messaging, targeting and ideal customer profile. That context helps it interpret a campaign brief and fill in details you have not specified. Your campaign instructions take priority: a focused campaign for agencies in India should stay focused on that brief, even when your broader brand audience is global.
Keep the underlying information current. A clear product description, accurate website URL and useful audience guidance give the agent a better starting point than a long list of broad keywords. The AdMesh Brand Agent overview explains how this reusable brand context supports connected workflows.
Connect LinkedIn and choose the account you want to use
Connect your LinkedIn account in AdMesh, then select an ad account you have permission to manage. The connection view shows available accounts, their currencies and account status, so you can identify an account that needs attention before proceeding.
If you want to keep these campaigns separate, you can create a dedicated account in LinkedIn Campaign Manager with a name such as Your Brand's AdMesh Managed. This is optional. You can use an existing account that fits your team's setup.
For ads representing your company, check the LinkedIn Page as well as the ad account. LinkedIn manages these permissions separately: access to an ad account does not automatically grant the Page permissions needed to advertise for that organization. LinkedIn explains ad account and Page roles here.
Turn your audience brief into LinkedIn targeting
Audience preparation is where brand context becomes especially useful. You know the kind of customer you want; LinkedIn needs specific targeting selections.
For example, you might ask:
Reach founders and marketing leaders at advertising agencies in India who could use our campaign management software.
The Brand Agent uses that instruction and your saved context to propose relevant LinkedIn selections. The audience editor lets you review locations, job titles, industries and other supported criteria, along with exclusions and available audience estimates. LinkedIn's targeting system uses defined categories and values, which is why a marketing description needs to be matched to actual selections. LinkedIn's targeting documentation describes these categories and values.
Review how the selections work together. Adding an industry, several titles and more criteria can narrow the audience further than intended. An estimated audience size is useful feedback, but it does not establish that every member is a qualified buyer.
Some instructions also describe facts that professional targeting cannot prove. A request to reach agencies “actively spending on advertising” expresses a useful business goal, but an agency industry label or advertising job title does not verify current spending. AdMesh surfaces matching limitations for review rather than treating a related attribute as proof of that behavior.
Save an audience before you need a campaign
The Audience tab lets you prepare an audience independently. Autofill from your Brand Agent or choose targeting manually, review the selections, and save it in AdMesh. During campaign creation, choose Use saved audience to reuse it.
You can edit a saved audience as your strategy changes. Those updates support future reuse; existing campaign drafts retain their own saved selections. Saving an audience in AdMesh also does not mean you have created a LinkedIn Matched Audience or uploaded a customer list.
Generate a campaign, then edit it in the same workflow
Choose Create campaign, then use your Brand Agent or start manually. For the Brand Agent path, describe the campaign goal, enter a daily or total budget, and choose the start date. Add an end date for a fixed schedule or total budget.
A useful brief gives the agent a concrete job:
Promote our campaign management software to advertising agencies in India. Focus on helping small teams coordinate client campaigns. Use a daily budget of USD 50 and start on November 2, 2026.
This is an illustrative brief, not a budget recommendation. Use an amount and schedule your team has approved.
After generation, you use the same campaign editor as manual creation. The Brand Agent fills the fields; you can inspect and change them through the familiar steps:
- Campaign details: Review the campaign name, objective and campaign-level budget or schedule settings.
- Ad set: Review the audience, ad format, placements, budget, schedule, bidding and any relevant conversion tracking selections.
- Ad creative: Confirm the LinkedIn Page, add media, review the copy, and check the destination or Lead Gen Form and call to action for the selected format.
- Full campaign review: Check the campaign, ad set and ads together. Use the edit actions to return to a step before submission.
You can save the draft and return later if the audience, media or other required information needs more work.
Draft the copy and supply the creative
In the ad creative step, Draft with AI lets you request copy using the campaign context and saved brand details. You can add instructions about the message or tone, then review and edit the result.
Check that the ad makes a claim your product supports and that the destination explains it. If the ad invites someone to explore campaign management, send them to a page about that workflow. Confirm the Page identity, media, headline and call to action together so the ad reads as one coherent message.
The selected format determines the creative fields and media needed. A video needs suitable video media; a carousel needs its individual cards. AI-generated copy can help with wording, while your team supplies and approves the creative assets.
Review the whole campaign and choose how to launch
Before submission, AdMesh checks the draft and shows the full campaign for review. Pay particular attention to the selected account, Page, countries, audience logic, budget, dates, media and destination.
You then choose Create and pause or Create and activate. The paused option keeps the campaign and ad set paused and saves the ads as drafts. Activation is an explicit choice; delivery and spending remain subject to LinkedIn approval, account readiness and the scheduled start.
After creation, the Campaigns, Ad sets and Ads tabs let you inspect the corresponding records. Campaign Manager remains available for LinkedIn's own controls and reporting. Saving an unfinished AdMesh draft lets you continue preparation without submitting that draft to LinkedIn.
Prepare your first LinkedIn campaign
Start with current brand facts, a clear customer profile and an accurate destination. Connect LinkedIn, choose the account, and prepare one audience you can review carefully. Then give the Brand Agent a specific campaign brief, budget and schedule.
The useful result is a campaign your team can understand: why these people are in the audience, what the ad promises, where it sends them, and how much you have authorized it to spend.
