What You’ll Do

Problem Exploration

Start with a real problem you care about and explore how AI could (or could not) help solve it.

Build & Deploy

Design, build, and deploy an AI-powered system.

Observation

Observe real behavior and reason about trade-offs.

Reflection

Analyze failures, surprises, and system-level insights.

What Makes This Different

Most AI programs focus on tools and outputs. This fellowship focuses on system behavior:

  • • Reliability & failure modes
  • • Why systems fail
  • • Cost & latency trade-offs
  • • Trust & Monetization

"Progress is measured by insight, not polish."

Industry Sessions

Attend occasional webinars featuring people who build and operate real AI systems. Focused on system design, trade-offs, and failure cases.

Note: These are not one-on-one mentoring or code reviews.

Why AdMesh Is Running This Fellowship

AdMesh works on infrastructure for AI systems where intent, trust, and economics matter.

As AI becomes integrated into everyday products, the hardest problems are no longer about model quality, but how systems behave in real contexts. This fellowship exists to support student learning through real-world constraints and to contribute to a more thoughtful AI ecosystem.

Participation does not require using AdMesh products or tooling.

Ownership & Collaboration Options

Fellowship Track (Default)
You retain full ownership of any independent project built during the fellowship. AdMesh does not claim rights to your work.

AdMesh Collaboration Track (Optional)
If you choose to work directly on AdMesh systems, features, or internal research:

  • Work will be governed by a separate written agreement
  • Intellectual property created under that agreement will be owned by AdMesh
  • You may receive formal credit and, where applicable, a stipend or future opportunity consideration

Participation in the Collaboration Track is optional and not required for fellowship completion.
